When developing the Boracle Marketplace and Boracle Platform, we created requirements and design documentation. We conducted background research to make informed decisions about the design of our platform.
Our projects required us to work together for a full year. We were able to effectively communicate and resolve issues. While time management was initially a struggle, we are now hitting deadlines appropriately.
